We estimate the time required to complete your event presentation based on the content of your presentation, deadlines and our experience on similar events.
What types of clients do you work with in events?
We have experience with customers of all sizes across all industries. We have presented event presentations for many major brands and have become the reference partner for annual conventions. We have 2,000 customers to date, 37 in the CAC40.
What types of keynotes do you speak on?
We work on all types of events: General Assembly, Product Launch, Annual Presentation, Annual Presentation, Press Conference, Exhibitions, Webinars, Seminars, Tender Submissions or even Applications for the Olympic Games. Our teams have experience in high-stakes events.
Can you work on very large projects?
We are used to large-scale events: our PowerPoint agency has 25 permanent designers who are used to working together via standardized processes to cover needs of all sizes. We are able to absorb a large volume of slides while maintaining a very high level of quality. We dealt with events with more than 2000 slides and numerous speakers.
Are you present on the day of the event?
We can mobilize one or more designers on site before and during your event to assist you in distributing the presentation and making changes. We are often present during rehearsals to adjust the live presentations with the speakers.
Can you work in collaboration with an event agency?
We are used to working hand in hand with the event agencies in charge of your events. For more efficiency, we communicate directly with them to offer you a perfect experience.
Can you intervene on an event presentation that is being held abroad?
Yes, we are used to following our customers in all the countries in which their event takes place. Part of the team is bilingual in order to facilitate communication.
Are you in charge of broadcasting the event presentation?
We support the management team in charge of broadcasting during the event and are present to adjust the presentation if necessary. However, we do not intervene on the technical part related to the broadcast but can provide you with powerful positions used to broadcast presentations.
Can you adapt to specific screen sizes?
We adapt to all technical aspects related to the event during the production of the presentation. We discuss directly with you or the event agency regarding the screen formats to be respected in order to ensure optimal distribution on the big day.
Are you working on other presentation software?
We also create event presentations on Keynote and Google Slides. The rendering levels and animations will be less impressive due to limitations compared to PowerPoint.
